3.1 Security of Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your telur44 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. telur44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify telur44 immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. You may contact our 24/7 support team to request an immediate account freeze pending investigation.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your telur44 account. telur44 reserves the right to void bets or transactions placed using your account credentials regardless of whether you personally authorised them, in cases where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login details.
3.4 KYC Verification. telur44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to provide identity documents — including a copy of your Malaysian IC (MyKad) — before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased. 5.1 telur44 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered Members. All such offers are subject to these Terms and to specific bonus terms published alongside each promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are detailed in each individual promotion's specific terms.
5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or on behalf of another person constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential account suspension.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on telur44 are subject to acceptance by telur44. A bet is not accepted until confirmed by the platform and a bet ID is issued. telur44 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
6.2 Void Bets. telur44 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest error, technical fault, or pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's account. telur44 is not obligated to honour bets placed at incorrect odds.

9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use telur44 for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
